Seville, Spain – The FON Project, under the #FeministSustainability campaign, actively participated in the 4th Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4), held in Seville, Spain. Through the event “Rethinking Partnerships: Financing and Inclusion in a Changing Global Architecture,” FON reaffirmed its commitment to eradicating gender-based violence and strengthening sustainable models grounded in justice and equality.
This space became a powerful platform to rethink partnerships and move towards feminist and inclusive financing within a transforming global architecture. During the session, FON shared its experience in supporting and strengthening networks and community organizations that work for sexual and reproductive rights, the eradication of gender-based violence and on building collective care networks in Mexico and Colombia.

Participation in this conference also made it possible to open space for dialogue and synergies with other organizations and international actors to promote policies and financing mechanisms that recognize the centrality of care and gender equality in building sustainable societies.
FON is grateful to all the individuals, organizations and allies who were part of this conversation that drives change and contributes to consolidating a feminist and inclusive financing agenda.
