Founded in 2010, the women-led Association for Social Development of Bangladesh (ASDB) is a registered non-profit working on social and cultural development through awareness raising, mobilization, campaigns, advocacy, and lobbying. It focuses on child education, rights of marginalized groups (Dalit, Indigenous Peoples, slum communities), women’s empowerment, adolescent and maternal health, civic engagement, voter education, migrant worker rights, and minority rights. ASDB believes in people’s power and supports the voiceless. It collaborates with other organizations and uses various public events to raise awareness and advocate for rights and services.
