Through FON, Equite Sri Lanka, aims to empower LBT women by enhancing their leadership capacities through skill development, resources, and advocacy, with a focus on increasing representation, challenging stereotypes, and fostering community engagement. The project also envisions creating an inclusive environment by providing mentorship and equipping LBT women leaders with knowledge resources, and skills for policy and legal advocacy to advance LGBTQ+ rights and inclusivity in society.
