We are a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing gender-based violence and building inclusive, equitable, and safe communities through the development of training and leadership promotion activities. Over the course of its 23 years of service to the community in the southwestern region of Barranquilla, La Fundación Casa de la Mujer has been driving various actions in collaboration with different organizations to continue this great legacy of empowerment and leadership, aimed at children, adolescents, young women, migrant women, and adult women.

We aim to strengthen our institution by developing skills and tools that will allow us to achieve our objectives and vision as a community-serving organization. This includes increasing our technical capacity and leadership in promoting and protecting rights. We hope to develop strategies to generate income and continue building networks and alliances through strong relationships with other organizations and entities, thereby increasing our visibility and impact.
