Founded in 2006, the Association des Jeunes Femmes Entreprenantes du Burkina (AJFEB) is a non-profit, non-political organization. The Association, which was founded by committed young women, is dedicated to defending the rights of women and girls and improving their socio-economic conditions. Rooted in the community and enjoying social recognition, AJFEB works primarily with women, young girls and their families through innovative strategies in areas such as health, social aid, education, the fight against gender-based violence, training, socio-professional integration and advocacy. Its ultimate goal is to contribute to the creation of an ecosystem where women and girls live free from rejection, violence and stigmatization.
