Nice Foundation is a rights-based feminist Non-Governmental Organization established in 2005 by a group of NGO staff and women from the Dalit, particularly the untouchable Hindu pig farming community. It is registered with Joint-Stock Co. under the Societies Act and the Social Welfare and NGO Affairs Bureau in Bangladesh. The organization promotes human rights, supports refugees and forcibly displaced communities, and addresses environmental and educational issues with the aim of reducing inequalities and social disadvantages. Its primary focus is on women, children, youth, adolescents, people with disabilities, gender-diverse communities, religious and ethnic minorities, especially the Hindu pig farming groups, and the refugee community.

The project focuses on addressing gender-based violence, gender justice, domestic violence, state violence, combating early marriage, and protection within the targeted areas of Bangladesh. These are critical issues within the region, and feminist actors are embedded in these communities. The main goal of this intervention is to strengthen and enhance the capacity of existing feminist actors, women human rights defenders, CYWL, and stakeholders in Bangladesh to ensure their voices are heard and contribute to public agenda changes.
