Oboyob is a youth-led organisation that aims to empower marginalized youth including gender-diverse communities through capacity-building, evidence generation and safe space creation. Oboyob has been working to create public support and awareness for the rights of young people through engagement events, mobilize marginalised communities to build their capacity and network, and is involved with policy advocacy at national and international levels. The organisation has been building the skills of young people in digital literacy, digital safety, communication, psychosocial well-being, gender, advocacy, project management, and the English language through training and workshops. Oboyob also engages in youth-led research initiatives to generate data on the gaps in rights realisation.
