Shongshoptok, a non-binary-led nonprofit founded in 2018, advances the rights and dignity of structurally excluded queer communities in Bangladesh, especially low-income, Indigenous (Adibashi), and non-binary individuals.

Through advocacy, capacity-building, and community care, it has trained over 350 queer individuals, hosted 1,000+ peer counseling sessions, and created inclusive spaces for 500+ people. With support from the FON project, Shongshoptok is strengthening its governance, strategic direction, and digital infrastructure to ensure long-term sustainability and deeper impact in reshaping the queer movement in Bangladesh.
