Its beneficiary population includes women, adolescents, and young people; individuals with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities; women belonging to ethnic groups (Indigenous or Afro-descendant); and migrant women.

It is an organization with the capacity for dialogue, political influence, and social mobilization, aiming to position itself at the regional, national, and international levels to promote, defend, and protect women’s rights from a gender perspective, as well as through advocacy, social development, art and culture, environmental protection, education, and political participation.
